1. Booking & Payments

All appointments must be booked online through our scheduling platform.

​

At this time, we accept cash and card payments only, due at the time of service.

​

We do not require a deposit to book. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

​

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

​

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

​

3. Client Preparation & Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible results, all clients must follow the prep guidelines below:

• Exfoliate and shave/wax 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.

• Do not apply lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, perfumes, or soaps within 24 hours of your tan.

• Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment and avoid tight items like bras, leggings, or jeans immediately after.

• No physical activity or exercise before or after your appointment to prevent streaking or sweating off the tan.

• Clients must wait a minimum of 4–6 weeks after a sunburn before receiving a spray tan.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse service if proper preparation was not followed or if you present with sunburn, peeling, overly dry skin, or other contraindications.

4. Health & Safety Disclosure
Please notify your spray tan artist in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that could affect the tanning process.

​

On a TANgent is not liable for allergic reactions or outcomes due to withheld information.

​

5. Refunds & Satisfaction
Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds or touch-ups. Results may vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

6. Travel & Availability
On a TANgent serves clients within a 20-minute radius of Stuart, FL.

​

Requests outside this area may be considered under special circumstances and are subject to approval.

​

7. Group Bookings & Parties
Group appointments and tanning parties are welcome!

​

Please contact us directly for group rates and availability.

8. Age Policy
Clients must be 13 years or older to receive a spray tan.

​

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the appointment.

​

Parental consent and supervision are required for all minors.

​

9. Changes to Terms
On a TANgent reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please review them periodically.
